At Tamworth Junior Oztag, we know how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are playing in a safe, well-supported and positive environment. We want to reassure all families that strong support systems will be in place both on and off the field this season.![]()

🏉 On the Field Support![]()
We will have a Senior Referee Co-ordinator on the ground each night, supported by experienced senior referees. Their role is to mentor, guide and educate our referees, ensuring they feel confident, comfortable and well supported in their roles. This also helps maintain a consistent, fair and enjoyable experience for all players.![]()

📝 Ground & Admin Support![]()
Our ground staff will be on hand to manage electronic sign-ons and assist parent delegates, helping things run smoothly each game night.![]()
In addition, our admin team will be available to support families with:![]()
• Registrations and sign-on queries![]()
• Canteen questions![]()
• General assistance for players, parents and supporters![]()

When registering, please select your child’s school.![]()
If your school is not listed, please register under the Individual Registration option as we are still awaiting approval for some schools.![]()

👉 If a school does not approve a team, your child will be placed into a colour-named team for the season. This will be their team for the competition, and players will be required to wear a shirt in their allocated colour.![]()

🙋♀️ Parent Delegates – We Need You!![]()
Parent Delegates play an important role in supporting teams on game day. This role includes:![]()
• Assisting with player interchanges![]()
• Helping communicate information from officials to players and parents![]()
• Supporting a positive, respectful environment for players, referees, and spectators![]()

No experience is required, and all Parent Delegates will be supported by our experienced ground and admin staff.![]()
